ShiftKey’s Community Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service to clearly outline the rights and responsibilities of our users to help ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming experience on the ShiftKey Platform.

  • Illegal;
  • Sexually explicit;
  • Threatening, harassing, or bullying;
  • Associated with racism or intolerance;
  • Impersonating any individual;
  • Deceitful;
  • A breach of personal and/or confidential information; or
  • In breach of our Terms of Service.

  • Do not make, engage in, or share anything obscene or sexually explicit. Sexual assault, sexual harassment, or sexual misconduct of any kind are prohibited.

  • Do not physically or verbally threaten others with violence or harm. Aggressive, confrontational, or harassing behavior is not allowed.

  • Do not make, promote, or participate in hate speech, offensive or abusive behavior. Attacks on persons or communities based on race, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, nationality, disability, or age will not be tolerated.

  • Do not engage in activities that are intended to cause damage or gain unauthorized access to another person’s information, account, network, or system.

  • Do not distribute or transmit any advertisements or promotional material. This includes junk mail, chain letters, and spam.

  • Do not coordinate or participate in impersonating another individual or an organization. This includes impersonating a ShiftKey user, a ShiftKey employee, a facility, or any other person or entity.

  • Do not coordinate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity. Engaging in such behavior will result in removal from the platform and will be reported to law enforcement.

  • Do not engage in deceitful or fraudulent activity for financial or personal gain.

  • Do not abuse the ShiftKey platform. This includes but is not limited to reverse engineering our platform or service, sharing our content, bypassing limited access, and/or developing or using third-party applications that interact with our platform.

  • Do not disclose or share any confidential information, including but not limited to the personal information of a patient, ShiftKey, a facility, other ShiftKey users, or any related third party.

We regularly update our guidelines. Anyone who doesn’t adhere to these guidelines—and ShiftKey’s Terms of Service—may have their account permanently deactivated.
