Their mission is to value the life of every person and to help them “Live abundantly.”

OnShift users for years, Harbor House adopted SAMI when an agency they’d been using unexpectedly stopped operating in their area. 

With SAMI, the community has increased employee hours by 15%. They’ve also seen employee satisfaction improve — it’s now at a strong 90%.
